A portfolio project — roofing contractor website built for performance and SEO

Purpose

A corporate website for a local roofing contractor in Miami-Dade. The goal is to generate trust and capture quote requests, with local SEO and Core Web Vitals as first-order requirements — not afterthoughts.

Approach

  • Performance-first — every decision measured against Core Web Vitals before shipping
  • Client autonomy — content editable through a headless CMS, no developer needed
  • SEO as architecture — structured data, sitemaps and semantic HTML built in, not bolted on
