A full roof replacement is a significant investment, and we treat it that way. We don’t just tear off the old shingles and nail down new ones. We inspect the decking underneath, replace any rotted wood, upgrade the underlayment, and install manufacturer-warranted materials that are rated for South Florida’s wind and heat.
What’s included in every replacement:
- Complete tear-off of existing roofing down to the decking
- Decking inspection and replacement of any rotted or soft sections
- New underlayment and ice-and-water shield in vulnerable valleys
- Drip edge installation on all eaves and rakes
- Architectural shingles (or metal, tile, or flat roofing per your preference) with manufacturer’s warranty
- Full property cleanup and magnetic nail sweep on completion
- Written warranty on workmanship, separate from the material warranty
Most single-family homes are completed in two to three days, weather permitting. We protect your landscaping, driveway, and pool cage throughout the project and leave the property cleaner than we found it.
