Gutter Installation and Repair
Seamless aluminum gutters custom-cut on-site, plus repair of sagging, leaking, or rusted gutters that are damaging your fascia and foundation.

What's included
- Seamless gutters cut on-site
- Gutter guards available
- Fascia repair included
Gutters are not glamorous, but they are the difference between a foundation that lasts 100 years and one that cracks in 20. In South Florida’s heavy rain, a failed gutter system dumps thousands of gallons of water against your foundation, rots your fascia boards, and stains your stucco.
Seamless gutter installation
We install seamless aluminum gutters custom-cut on-site to the exact length of your roofline. No joints, no seams, no leaks at connections.
- Custom colors to match your fascia, trim, or roof
- 5-inch and 6-inch profiles — 6-inch recommended for South Florida’s heavy downpours
- Hidden hangers — no visible screws or spikes that work loose over time
- Proper pitch — calculated for your roof to ensure water flows to downspouts without pooling
- Downspout extensions — discharged at least 3 feet from the foundation to prevent water intrusion
Gutter repair
If your existing gutters are sagging, leaking, or rusted, repair may be more cost-effective than replacement. We fix:
- Sagging gutters — re-hung with hidden hangers to restore proper pitch
- Leaking seams — sealed with high-quality polyurethane caulk (not silicone, which fails in UV)
- Rusted sections — replaced with matching aluminum
- Downspout clogs — cleared and tested
- Fascia damage — rotted sections replaced and painted before gutters are reinstalled
Gutter guards
We install mesh gutter guards that keep leaves, palm fronds, and shingle granules out while letting water flow freely. Gutter guards reduce maintenance from quarterly to annual and prevent the overflow that causes fascia rot.
Not all gutter guards work. The cheap mesh from hardware stores tears in one season. We use commercial-grade stainless steel mesh that lasts 20+ years and handles South Florida’s debris load.
When to replace vs repair
- Repair if: gutters are under 15 years old, damage is isolated to one or two sections, and the fascia is solid
- Replace if: gutters are sectional (not seamless), over 20 years old, rusted throughout, or the fascia behind them needs significant repair
We’ll tell you honestly which option makes sense for your home. If repair is the right call, we won’t push replacement.
